There is an area in Dundee that consists of five streets, and is known to the locals as 'Downtown Dundee'. Our third project in second year was given to us by one of the shop owners in this area, and it was to brand the area. The aim was to increase footfall in the area.
In order to promote this I decided to create a series of posters, stickers and loyalty cards, highlighting the colours of the area, and the beauty of it through photography. I decided to take out the vowels in order to make people stop and stare, before coming closer and encourage them to visit the area.
