This was a paired competition project. We were tasked to create a short motion piece based on the theme of ‘Cancer Prevention’. Through our research we discovered that small things can really prevent cancer, so we took that as our main focus. In the end we had a small character, Dougal, realising that all he needs to do is change small things in his life to significantly lower his risk of getting cancer.
We actually won the competition, so Dougal the Doc is SCPN's new mascot.
